Garlock Funeral Largely Attended at new Lisbon

Rev. J. S. Vance Officiates at the Rites for Well Known Resident

New Lisbon, June 21---Funeral services for W. S. GARLOCK were largely attended from the family home Thursday afternoon at 2. Rev. J. S. Vance, pastor of the United Presbyterian church, officiated.   Burial was in the Butternut Valley cemetery.
The bearers were Hume Turnbull, Curtis Foote, Howard Tillson, Floyd Salisbury,  Charles Simmons,  Arthur Winters.
Floral tributes included pieces from family and friends, Dairymen's league plant at Richfield Springs, Grindad Process Co. at Waukesha, Wis., Lindsey Hatchery Co. of New Berlin, Ladies Aid society of Welcome Baptist church, Womans organization of the Untied Presbyterian church.
Among those who attended from a distance were Nellis Garlock, Edward Ottaway, Fred Denton of Westville, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Lindsey, Mrs. Audrey Wright, Miss Isabell Stevert, Mrs. Martha Hume and son James, Mrs. Deal and Mrs. Cobb of New Berlin, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Jackson and two sons of Oneonta,  Elbert Garlock and family of Richfield Springs,  Mr. and Mrs. I. B. Dickenson of Cooperstown,  Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Eldred,  Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Eldred of Hartwick, and  Mr. and Mrs. Claud Bouldin of Unadilla.
