Mrs.
George Wilson
Mrs. Margaret Bennington, wife of George Wilson, passed away at
her home here Thursday evening, December 20th. She had
been in poor health for some time but since the death of her cousin,
Mary Bennington she had been much worse. She was born September
11th, 1864, a daughter of Robert and Matilda Chase
Bennington and had always been a resident of this town.
In 1880 she was united in marriage to George Wilson who survives
with one daughter, Mrs. William Bennington and one son, Lester
Wilson, three grandchildren and one brother, Dan Bennington.
Her funeral was held at her late home Sunday afternoon and was
largely attended. Her pastor, Rev. Charles Vermilya officiating
with burial at Edmeston.
