Mrs. Mary E. Herrick

GUILDERLAND --- Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Herrick, 77, of Guilderland, a former resident of Unadilla, died unexpectedly Thursday, May 25, at St. Peter's Hospital, Albany.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 27, at the Joyce Funeral Home, Unadilla, with the Rev. William L. Day, rector of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, Unadilla, officiating.

Burial will be in Evergreen Hill Cemetery, Unadilla.

Mrs. Herrick was born November 5, 1894 in Phoenix, N. Y., a daughter of Frank and Nellie (Sahey) Egan. She was married to Harold C. Herrick on January 3, 1917. Mr. Herrick, a retired State Police Captain at Malone, Troop D, died in 1964.

Mrs. Herrick had been a resident of Guilderland for the past five years and was a former resident of Unadilla.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Larche, Guilderland, and Mrs. Elizabeth Jane Kusewich, Uniondale, L. I.; a son Warren C. Herrick, Geneva; two sisters, Mrs. Ann Thompson, Phoenix, N. Y., and Mrs. Helen Schermerhorn, Malone; a brother, Donald Egan, West Point; nine grandchildren.

There will be no calling hours.
