Gertrude Welch Is Bride of Valentine Hemmer
Edmeston, March 12---Miss Gertrude Welch and
Valentine Hemmer, the latter a member of the state police, were
united in marriage at the rectory of the Catholic church last Friday
morning. A wedding breakfast was served following the ceremony at
the home of her parents Mr. and Mrs. H. Lane Welch. They are
enjoying a honeymoon in the south, Trooper Hemmer having a 20-day
leave of absence.
