Juna A. Richards
ONEONTA _ Juna A. Richards, 90, of Oneonta and
formerly of Rockdale, passed away Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at A.O. Fox
Memorial Hospital in Oneonta.
She was born June 6, 1922, daughter of the late David B. and Hazel (Holdredge) Adams in Morris. Juna graduated from Morris Central School with Class of 1941, and attended the Utica School of Commerce.
She married William Richards on Nov. 9, 1946, in Morris. He predeceased her on Oct. 31, 1999.
Juna was a legal secretary for the Brown Law Office in Norwich when she retired in 1981.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Ralph Hinkley, Roanoke, Ind.; son, Frank and Karen Richards, Yarmouth, Mass.; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also predeceased by a daughter, Kathyann; a brother and a sister. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012, at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St., Sidney. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Benjamin Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Hillington Cemetery in Morris.
