Mrs.
Alice Fern Webster
Mrs. Fern Alice Webster, 63, of West Oneonta, died at Fox Hospital
June 5 after a two-week illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p. m. Friday in West Oneonta Baptist
Church, with the Rev. John Michaels, pastor, officiating. Burial
will be in Plains Cemetery.
Mrs. Webster was born in Oneonta June 30, 1892, daughter of
Eugene and Ida (Gates) Dixson. She was married Oct. 3, 1910, in
Syracuse to George G. Webster, who survives. She had been a resident
of West Oneonta for 43 years. She was a member of the West Oneonta
Baptist Church and the Home Bureau.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Wolchick of
Homestead, Fla., and Mrs. Margaret King of Tampa, Fla.; and two
grandsons, Brian and Gary Wolchick.
Friends may call at the Bookhout Funeral Home until Friday noon.
