Gregory—Guild
Dr. Clifford C. Gregory, dentist, with offices in the
Physicians building at 76 Chestnut street, was united in marriage
Saturday evening with Miss Virginia E. Guild, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. E. B. Guild of Walton, at the residence of the bride's parents
on South street in that village, in the presence of about 150
relatives and friends. The ceremony was performed by Rev. William N.
Tuttle, pastor of the First Congregational church. The bride is the
daughter of the president of the Walton and Sidney National banks and
is a young woman held in high esteem in Walton. Following her
graduation from the Walton High school she attended Wheaton college
at Norton, Mass., from which institution she graduated last month.
Mr. and Mrs. Gregory are away for a two weeks' trip, returning from
which they will take up their residence in this city.
