Mr. and Mrs. Edward P.
Miller celebrated their golden wedding at the home of their son,
Elbert, Monday evening. Relatives and friends were present from
Sidney, Oxford, Smithville and McDonough. The venerable bridegroom
entertained his guests with several old time selections on the
violin. His grandchildren and some others furnished more music.
Midshipman Daniel A. Frost gave a short review of some of his Naval
experiences. Refreshments of ice cream and cake were daintily served
and an altogether delightful evening was spent.
