Mrs. Charles Adams of
Hartwick Passes Away
Cooperstown, March 4 --- Mrs. Iva Adams, 68, wife of
Charles Adams of the town of Hartwick, died last night at the Fox
hospital in Oneonta, as the result of an injury, which she sustained
in her home about a month ago.
Funeral services will be held from the Cooperstown
funeral parlors of Brown and Tillapaugh at 10 o'clock tomorrow
morning. Rev. George Roberts of Hartwick will officiate and
interment will be in the Presbyterian cemetery in Fly Creek.
Mrs. Adams was before her marriage Iva Davidson, the
daughter of Richard and Susan Griffin Davidson. She was born in the
town of Hartwick. The deceased was twice married, her first husband
being Charles A. Johnson, whose death occurred about 12 years ago.
Her second husband, Mr. Adams, and several nieces, survive.
