JAMES G. TELFER

Hartwick---James G. Telfer, 77, of Mt. Vision Rd., died yesterday in Chase Memorial Hospital, New Berlin, after a long illness.

He was born Jan. 31, 1882, in Town of New Lisbon, son of Andrew and Lucia Jackson Telfer. He married Flora Hanor of Burlington. She died several years ago.

Mr. Telfer had operated a farm in the Town of New Lisbon all his life. For the past year and a half he lived with his sister, Mrs. Ora Bissell of Garrattsville.

Besides his sister, he leaves a twin brother, Andrew Telfer of Harwick; two nieces; a nephew; several cousins.

The funeral will be at 2 tomorrow from the Patterson Funeral Home, Hartwick, the Rev. Roger Beach, pastor of the United Presbyterian Church, Garrattsville, officiating. Burial will be in Hartwick Cemetery.
