Benjamin H. Talbut
LEONARDSVILLE---Mrs.
Margaret Diana Talbut, 66, of Leonardsville, died October 5 at her
home at 2:30 p. m. Wednesday. The Rev. Howard Waddell, former
pastor of the Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in
Hartwick Cemetery.
Mrs. Talbut was born Jan.
16, 1892, in Fostoria, Mich., a daughter of Walter and Fannie
(Webster) Castle. She married Dr. Benjamin H. Talbut, June 14,
1913, in Detroit.
She came to Leonardsville
two years ago after living in Toledo, Ohio. She was a former
president of the hospital guild of the Toledo Robinwood Hospital,
served as co-chairman of the Toledo Red Cross and Community Chest
drive, is a member of the Leonardsville Garden Club, and the
Leonardsville Womens Club, and the Methodist Church.
Survivors include her
husband, a son, Richard, of Leonardsville, two grandchildren, one
sister, Mrs. Pearl Castle Cheshire, of New York City.
Funeral arrangements are by
the Houk-Johnston Funeral Home, Edmeston.

family residence at their convenience.
