GILBERTSVILLE — Georgia Lee Kuhn, 49, of Binghamton, formerly of Norwich, and in her childhood she lived in Gilbertsville, passed away Thursday, Nov. 7, 2002, at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta.
She was born on Sept. 4, 1953, in Sidney, the daughter of George and Patricia (Colyer) Kuhn.
She was married to William Demun. She was a registered nurse having worked at Chenango Memorial Hospital, Norwich, A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital, Oneonta, Lourdes Hospital, Binghamton, and Kimberly Quality Care of Oneonta.
She is survived by her mother, Patricia Colyer, of Maple Grove; two sons, Mark Demun of Garner, N.C., and Aaron Demun of Fort Sill, Okla.; three sisters, Patricia Dibble and husband, Ed, of Gilbertsville, Edna Grabo and husband, Leonard, of Maple Grove, and Peggy Fisher and husband, Jim, of Oneonta; three brothers, Pete Kuhn of Oneonta, Gordon Kuhn and wife, Debbie, of Laurens, and Gerald Kuhn and wife, Gail, of Ridgeland, N.C.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Her father, George Kuhn, predeceased her.
Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2002, at the Johnston Funeral Home, 60 Broad St., Morris.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2002, at the Presbyterian Church in Gilbertsville, with the Rev. Dr. Donald Boardman officiating. Committal services and burial will follow in the Brookside Cemetery in Gilbertsville.
Those who wish are asked to donate to the Gilbertsville Fire Department or the A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital, Oneonta, in her memory.
Funeral arrangements are by the Johnston Funeral Home of Morris.
