in New Berlin Church
New Berlin, April 7 (Special)---One of the
prettiest social events of the season occurred Saturday evening at 9
o'clock, when Rector Henry Hale Gifford at St. Andrew's Episcopal
church married Grace E. Ball, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ball,
to Ceylon A. Toombs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Toombs, both of New
Lisbon.
The church was decorated with cut flowers and the
attending ones were two sisters of the bride, Mrs. Cecilia Weldon
of Morris and Mrs. Elsie Ball Cooke of New Lisbon. The bride wore a
beautiful dress of all silk flat crepe, color waikiki.
The bridegroom is a popular and successful farmer.
Both are members of the Laurens Grange. A wide circle of friends and
acquaintances join in congratulations and best wishes for a long and
happy wedded life.
