Miss Alma Naylor Becomes Bride
Of Delmar Salesman

West Laurens---Miss Alma Louise Naylor, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Howard W. Naylor of Morris, became the bride of Francis Russell Elliott of Delmar, formerly of Morris, at Zion Episcopal church at Morris Tuesday at 4, the 27th wedding anniversary of the bride's parents. Ceremony was performed by Rev. L. Curtis Denny, rector of the church.
Church was attractively decorated with ferns, carnations,, callas, and lighted candles. During the ceremony “Lohengrin,” by Wagner, and Mendelssohn's “Wedding March” were played on the church organ by Miss Mabel Grafton.
The bride, given away by her father, was attended by Miss Dorothy McMullen of Geneva, a college roommate at Cornell. Best man was Edward A. Elliott of Morris, brother of the groom. Ushers were Maurice Bridges and Charles Fay of Morris; Robert Porter of New Berlin; and E. Jackson Taylor of Downingtown, Pa.
Miss Naylor was attractively attired in white silk jersey with train, and a fingertip veil and coronet cap. She wore white pearls and carried a bouquet of callas. Her maid of honor was dressed in a coral silk jersey and carried a bouquet of talisman coral roses tied with a two-tone coral satin ribbon.
Nearly 200 guests attended the reception following the ceremony at the home of the bride's parents, where refreshments were served by Frank Eckmeir of Gilbertsville. The couple received many gifts, including silver, china, glassware, table and bed linen, money, and electrical appliances.

Johnson, Kinderhook; Dr. and Mrs. Maurice Johnson, Hudson; Mr. and Earl Watson, Dr. and Mrs. Miles Markam, Binghamton; Dr. F. I. Reed, Remsen; Dr. Earl Markham, Constableville; Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Following the reception the couple left for Delmar, where they will be at home to their friends at their apartment at 389 Delaware.
Mrs. Elliott is a graduate of Morris high. She attended Skidmore college for two years and graduated from Cornell university. For the past two years she has associated with the H. W. Naylor Co. Mr. Elliott, a graduate of Morris high and of Cazenovia seminary, is promotion salesman for the International Salt Co.
