Goodspeed, 81 years old, died at his home in the town of Pittsfield
near Stetsonville Tuesday. Mr. Goodspeed had lived all his life in
that vicinity. Forty-five years ago he married Ellen Marr, who
survives him, along with two sons, David Goodspeed of Hartwick and
Louis Goodspeed, who formerly resided in Morris, as well as a
daughter, Mrs. Charles Gardner of New Lisbon and nine grandchildren.
The funeral will be held in the Zion church at Morris Thursday
afternoon at 2 o'clock with burial in the old Church cemetery.
